Type specimen: Poinar B-Hy-21, an exoskeleton. Its type locality is Burmese amber, Kachin Amber (Poinar collection), which is in a Cenomanian terrestrial amber in Myanmar.
Ecology:
Distribution: found only at Burmese amber, Kachin Amber (Poinar collection)
