Sister taxa: Enoploceras fischeri, Enoploceras planilateratum, Enoploceras wulfeni
Type specimen: PIMUZ 37902, a shell. Its type locality is Point 902, Monte San Giorgio, Bed 73, which is in an Illyrian marine dolomite in the Besano Formation of Switzerland.
Ecology: nektobenthic carnivore
Average measurements (in mm): shell diameter 88.5
Distribution: found only at Point 902, Monte San Giorgio, Bed 73
