Mammalia - Rodentia - Mylagaulidae
Small size, similar to Promylagaulus McGrew, 1941; P3 lacking, but dP3 present; m1 and m2 retained (never lost with eruption of P4 or p4); small anterolingual reentrant on P4; premolars smaller relative to molars than in mylgauluines; upper incisors with two shallow grooves; dentine tracts present on premolars, but low, similar to that of Trilaccogaulus Korth, 1992; P4 and p4 develop three fossette (id) pattern as in Trilaccogaulus but with the parafossette on P4 not expanded anteriorly.
