Type specimen: UIMG 231. Its type locality is Ewekoro Quarry, which is in a Selandian open shallow subtidal packstone in the Ewekoro Formation of Nigeria.
Ecology: facultatively mobile infaunal suspension feeder
Distribution: found only at Ewekoro Quarry
