Type specimen: University Collection Münster L 3082,, a cephalon/head (cranidium). Its type locality is Near Cortijos de Malagón, Montes de Toledo, which is in a Toyonian marine shale in the Los Cortijos Formation of Spain.
Ecology: fast-moving low-level epifaunal deposit feeder
Distribution: found only at Near Cortijos de Malagón, Montes de Toledo
