Type specimen: KUMIP 218065. Its type locality is Shackleton Limestone; RP-84-1 collection, which is in a Toyonian open shallow subtidal grainstone in the Shackleton Formation of Antarctica.

Ecology: fast-moving low-level epifaunal deposit feeder

Distribution: found only at Shackleton Limestone; RP-84-1 collection
