Sister taxon: Koonwarrabaetisca jelli
Type specimen: NMVP103209, a nymph. Its type locality is NMVPL425, Koonwarra, which is in an Aptian pond claystone/siltstone in Australia.
Ecology:
Distribution: found only at NMVPL425, Koonwarra
