Type specimen: Slide RIC-543@299.0’ (1); coordinates 14.9 x 145.6; Fig. 12G–K, a microspore. Its type locality is USGS - Eastover-Webber School core, 299.0 ft, which is in a Campanian marine horizon in the Coachman Formation of South Carolina.
