Type specimen: Plate 9, figs. 1, 2 (sample R1012H, slide 1, coordinates 27.1 x 109.1), a microspore. Its type locality is R1012H, which is in a Coniacian/Santonian channel sandstone in the Magothy Formation of New Jersey.

Ecology: "photoautotroph"

• Cretaceous of United States (11: New Jersey, South Carolina collections)
