Type specimen: SAMA P59794. Its type locality is Boomerang Hill, which is in an Ediacaran marine sandstone in the Rawnsley Quartzite Formation of Australia.
Ecology: stationary low-level epifaunal osmotroph
Distribution: found only at Boomerang Hill
