Type specimen: BRSMG Cg3178, a mandible (a large right surangular comprising the posterior end and parts of the middle and anterior sections). Its type locality is Blue Anchor Bay, Rhaetian bone bed, which is in a Rhaetian coastal siliciclastic in the Westbury Formation of the United Kingdom.

Ecology: nektonic carnivore

Distribution: found only at Blue Anchor Bay, Rhaetian bone bed
