Type specimen: USNM 20401, a partial skeleton (Skull, jaws, and other skeletal portions). Its type locality is Myton Pocket, which is in an Uintan terrestrial horizon in the Uinta Formation of Utah.

• Eocene of Canada (1: Saskatchewan collection), United States (1: Utah)
