Type specimen: YLSNHM01577, an osteoderm (A well-preserved carapace). Its type locality is East China International Trade and Logistics Park, which is in a Maastrichtian terrestrial conglomerate/sandstone in the Lianhe Formation of China.
Ecology: aquatic omnivore
Distribution: found only at East China International Trade and Logistics Park
