Type specimen: MUCPv 1401, a set of postcrania (Fragmentary but associated postcranial skeleton consisting of the posteriormost sacral vertebral neural arch, an anterior caudal vertebral neural arch, the near). Its type locality is Isthmus between Lago Barreales and Lago Mari Menuco, which is in a Santonian fluvial sandstone in the Bajo de la Carpa Formation of Argentina.

Ecology: ground dwelling carnivore

Distribution: found only at Isthmus between Lago Barreales and Lago Mari Menuco
