Type specimen: MCZ 4064, a mandible (crushed partial lower jaw with p3-m1). Its type locality is Thomas Farm, which is in a Hemingfordian terrestrial sandstone/claystone in the Alachua Formation of Florida.

Ecology: scansorial carnivore-omnivore

Distribution: found only at Thomas Farm
