Type specimen: LF5575, a set of limb elements (ungual, likely from digit II). Its type locality is Homestead Site, Garita Creek, which is in a Norian fluvial-lacustrine claystone/sandstone in the Garita Creek Formation of New Mexico.

Distribution: found only at Homestead Site, Garita Creek
