Bacillariophyceae - Rhaphoneidales - Rhaphoneidaceae
"Description: Lanceolate valves with convex sides and pointed to rounded apices. Straight sternum; striae uniseriate, composed of subquadrate to rounded areolae occluded by an elaborate cribrum. Each apex has a rimoportula on the valve face, oriented perpendicular to the sternum, and a small apical pore eld. The mantle bears three rows of areolae." (Figus and Witkowski, 2024)
