Type specimen: LH PV38, a mandible (with associated teeth). Its type locality is Iren Nor, 25 km NE Erenhot, which is in a Campanian/Campanian fluvial siliciclastic in the Iren Dabasu Formation of China.
Ecology: ground dwelling carnivore-omnivore
Distribution: found only at Iren Nor, 25 km NE Erenhot
