Type specimen: Its type locality is SE of Madison, Ashtabula, which is in a Famennian marine shale/siltstone in the Chagrin Shale Formation of Ohio
Ecology: nektobenthic carnivore
Distribution:

Total: 3 collections each including a single occurrence
