Sister taxon: Palaeosymbius groehni

Type specimen: MAIG 7077, an exoskeleton. Its type locality is Burmese amber (MAI Gdansk coll), which is in a Cenomanian terrestrial amber in Myanmar.

Ecology:

Distribution: found only at Burmese amber (MAI Gdansk coll)
