Type specimen: YMNH-Agaricales-100002. Its type locality is Burmese amber, Kachin amber (YMNH collection), which is in a Cenomanian terrestrial amber in Myanmar.
Distribution: found only at Burmese amber, Kachin amber (YMNH collection)
