Type specimen: AM F66483, a nymph. Its type locality is Beacon Hill Quarry (AM collection), which is in an Anisian lacustrine - small shale in the Hawkesbury Sandstone Formation of Australia.

Distribution: found only at Beacon Hill Quarry (AM collection)
