Type specimen: IVPP V300000, a skeleton ( part and counterpart of a near-complete fis). Its type locality is Chongqing lagerstatte near Lianghe village, Yongdong Township, which is in a Telychian marine horizon in the Huixingshao Formation of China.
Ecology: nektonic carnivore
Distribution: found only at Chongqing lagerstatte near Lianghe village, Yongdong Township
