Sister taxon: Labocania anomala
Type specimen: CPC 2974, a partial skeleton. Its type locality is La Parrita (SEPCP-9), which is in a Campanian marginal marine shale in the Cerro del Pueblo Formation of Mexico.
Ecology: ground dwelling carnivore
Distribution: found only at La Parrita (SEPCP-9)
