Type specimen: UMMP 45779, a mandible (right lower jaw with incisor, m1-m3). Its type locality is Saw Rock Canyon (Lower), which is in a Blancan terrestrial horizon in the Rexroad Formation of Kansas.
Ecology: ground dwelling herbivore
Distribution: found only at Saw Rock Canyon (Lower)
