Type specimen: MCZ 4059, a mandible (right mandible with C, P2 to M2). Its type locality is Thomas Farm, which is in a Hemingfordian terrestrial sandstone/claystone in the Alachua Formation of Florida.

Ecology: ground dwelling herbivore-carnivore

Distribution: found only at Thomas Farm
