Type specimen: FM-N202200012, an exoskeleton. Its type locality is Iwaki amber, Suetsugi River, which is in a Coniacian terrestrial amber in the Tamayama Formation of Japan.

Distribution: found only at Iwaki amber, Suetsugi River
