Type specimen: SNSB-BSPG 1922 X 46, a partial skeleton. Its type locality is western slope, Gebel Harra, which is in a Cenomanian terrestrial marl in the Bahariya Formation of Egypt.
Ecology: ground dwelling carnivore
Distribution: found only at western slope, Gebel Harra
