Sister taxa: Rissoa (Turboella) curticostata, Rissoa (Turboella) obsoleta, Turbella cowlitzensis, Turbella elegans, Turboella acuticosta, Turboella crebricostata, Turboella turbinata
Type specimen: Its type locality is Dave Weeks place, Coon Creek, which is in a Campanian coastal sandstone in the Ripley Formation of Tennessee
Ecology: epifaunal grazer
Distribution:
• Cretaceous of United States (2: Tennessee collections)
Total: 2 collections each including a single occurrence
