Sister taxon: Dorsetoscyllium terreafullonicum
Type specimen: TsNIGR 1/13415, a tooth. Its type locality is Kabanii Gully, which is in a Berriasian marine sandstone in the Bechku Formation of Ukraine.
Ecology: nektobenthic carnivore
Distribution: found only at Kabanii Gully
