Type specimen: PMO 241.304, a tooth. Its type locality is Marmierfjellet, Flowerdalen (Grippia niveau bonebed), which is in a Spathian offshore shale in the Vikinghøgda Formation of Svalbard and Jan Mayen.

Ecology: nektonic carnivore

Distribution: found only at Marmierfjellet, Flowerdalen (Grippia niveau bonebed)
