Sister taxa: none
Type specimen: UA-M011, a maxilla (right maxilla with P4, M1–3 and alveoli for C1 and P2). Its type locality is Ile Makamby (MNHN collection), which is in a Tortonian coastal marl in Madagascar.
Ecology: volant insectivore
Distribution: found only at Nosy Makamby (UAP collection)
