Type specimen: YKLP15210a, a skeleton. Its type locality is Dashatian section, Nahong Avenue, Jiangnan, Nanning, which is in a Lochkovian/Pragian shallow subtidal limestone/mudstone in the Nagaoling Formation of China.

Ecology: facultatively mobile semi-infaunal suspension feeder

Distribution: found only at Dashatian section, Nahong Avenue, Jiangnan, Nanning
