Type specimen: SMF XXVI 362. Its type locality is Arnager, Bornholm, sponge-rich mounds, which is in a Coniacian basin reef limestone in the Arnager Limestone Formation of Denmark.

Distribution: found only at Arnager, Bornholm, sponge-rich mounds
