Type specimen: CPBA-V-14099, a partial skeleton. Its type locality is Río Diamante - Saldeño Fm., which is in a Maastrichtian coastal sandstone/evaporite in the Saldeño Formation of Argentina.

Ecology: nektonic carnivore

Distribution: found only at Río Diamante - Saldeño Fm.
