Sister taxon: Vectiselachos ornatus
Type specimen: NHMUK PV P.73115, a tooth. Its type locality is Bletchingley quarry, northern pit, which is in an Aptian coastal sandstone in the Hythe Formation of the United Kingdom.

Total: 5 collections each including a single occurrence
