Type specimen: NIGP205048, an exoskeleton. Its type locality is Dominican amber, Los Brachos mine (NIGP collection), which is in a Burdigalian/Langhian terrestrial amber in the La Toca Formation of the Dominican Republic.

Distribution: found only at Dominican amber, Los Brachos mine (NIGP collection)
