Type specimen: ETH Pt.I.664, a forewing. Its type locality is Oeningen (Zurich collection), which is in a Sarmatian crater lake limestone in the Upper Freshwater-Molasse Formation of Germany.

Ecology: fast-moving volant carnivore-insectivore

Distribution: found only at Oeningen (Zurich collection)
