Type specimen: Geological Museum, University of Sydney, Slide 16003. Its type locality is K. H. Wolf Locality N. 309, Farnham, which is in a Devonian/Devonian terrestrial limestone in the Nubrigyn Formation of Australia.
Ecology: stationary epifaunal "photoautotroph"
