Type specimen: MNHN.F.CPW9a and b. Its type locality is Western Prince of Wales Island, Section 10, Unit 2, GSC loc. C26919, which is in a Lochkovian open shallow subtidal lime mudstone/wackestone in the Drake Bay Formation of Canada.
Ecology: nektonic carnivore
Distribution: found only at Western Prince of Wales Island, Section 10, Unit 2, GSC loc. C26919
