Sister taxa: none

Type specimen: CRILAR-Pv 506, a partial skeleton (Postcranium including a first dorsal centrum, a nearly complete second dorsal vertebra, a partial sacrum, left ilium, pubis and ischium, and other indeterminate). Its type locality is Colozacán Valley, which is in a Campanian fluvial sandstone/conglomerate in the Los Llanos Formation of Argentina.

Ecology: ground dwelling carnivore

Distribution: found only at Colozacán Valley
