Type specimen: PIN 4271/782, a forewing. Its type locality is Shar-Tolgoy (PIN collection 4271), which is in an Aptian lacustrine marl in the Shar-Tolgoy Formation of Mongolia.

Distribution: found only at Shar-Tolgoy (PIN collection 4271)
