Type specimen: PVSJ 1085, a partial skeleton (Partial skeleton of a single individual, including cranial and postcranial remains). Its type locality is North of Agua de la Peña, which is in a Carnian floodplain siliciclastic/siltstone in the Ischigualasto Formation of Argentina.

Ecology: ground dwelling carnivore

Distribution: found only at North of Agua de la Peña
