Type specimen: CNU-HYM-MA2016217, an exoskeleton (forewing). Its type locality is Burmese amber, Kachin amber (CNU collection), which is in a Cenomanian terrestrial amber in Myanmar.

Distribution: found only at Burmese amber, Kachin amber (CNU collection)
