Type specimen: PIN 4695-1, a partial shell. Its type locality is Khongil Tsav [SMPE] (PIN coll. 4695, 4479), which is in a Campanian/Campanian terrestrial horizon in the Baruungoyot Formation of Mongolia.

Ecology: aquatic omnivore

Distribution: found only at Khongil Tsav [SMPE] (PIN coll. 4695, 4479)
