Type specimen: RGM 177 500, a tooth. Its type locality is Gralex clay pit, Kruibeke (bed 56), which is in a Rupelian marine siltstone in the Boom Clay Formation of Belgium.

Ecology: nektobenthic carnivore

Distribution: found only at Gralex clay pit, Kruibeke (bed 56)
