Type specimen: CMCIP-94570. Its type locality is Sulphur ophiuroids, which is in a Serpukhovian shallow subtidal shale in the Big Clifty Formation of Indiana.
Ecology: slow-moving low-level epifaunal detritivore-suspension feeder
Distribution: found only at Sulphur ophiuroids
