Type specimen: SGO.PI.6006, a shell. Its type locality is North of Rio Rapel (RAP), which is in a Miocene deep-water sandstone in the Navidad Formation of Chile.
Ecology: epifaunal grazer
Distribution: found only at North of Rio Rapel (RAP)
