Type specimen: USNM 250559, a mandible (left dentary with p4, m2, and roots or alveoli of i1-2, c, and m1). Its type locality is Vass Quarry, which is in a Bridgerian terrestrial horizon in the Aycross Formation of Wyoming.

Distribution:
