Type specimen: HMJ-2016-019, an exoskeleton. Its type locality is Burmese amber, Kachin amber (Myanmar Gems Museum MGM collection), which is in a Cenomanian terrestrial amber in Myanmar.

Distribution: found only at Burmese amber, Kachin amber (Myanmar Gems Museum MGM collection)
